Coupon / Promo Code Redemption

If you have a coupon code, you can enter that on the last page of the checkout process. There is a coupon / promo code box. Simply enter the coupon code/promo code and hit Apply. Once the page refreshes, you will see the coupon applied to your total amount due!

At Mindful Health, LLC, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Earth Echo product you purchased directly from EarthEchoFoods.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at (888) 997-3851 or email us at support@earthechofoods.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, our team will provide you with the address to which you will need to mail your Earth Echo product along with a return merchandise authorization number so your return is accepted.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

Mindful Health, LLC reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Prop 65

Why is there a Prop 65 warning label on the packaging of my Earth Echo product?

In order to inform our customers and be transparent, we label all packaging for several of our organic products with a California Proposition 65 ("Prop 65") warning.

Prop 65 is California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Companies are required to place a warning label on any product they sell within the state of California if it exceeds the level that the State has established as risk free. Over 800 chemicals are currently listed under Prop 65, many of which may be naturally present in the environment.

At Earth Echo, safety and quality are always a priority. We've blended science and soul to create the most sustainable superfood products on the planet, made with natural and organic ingredients. Superfood products that heal you from the inside out while easily fitting into your busy lifestyle. We never use chemicals or artificial ingredients in our products.

The elements that triggered this California Prop 65 labeling requirement are lead and cadmium. This mineral is present in soil around the globe at varying levels, and is naturally occurring. The plants we're using in our superfood products are absorbing lead directly from the soil.

The State of California requires a warning for any product sold in California that would result in a consumer ingesting more than 0.5 micrograms of lead in a day. This is an exceedingly low level that is, by law, 1000 times lower than the level of exposure that has been shown to have no observable effect on humans or animals.

In fact, California's laws are more strict than those of the World Health Organization (WHO), European Union (EU), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Canada and the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).

As creators of high quality organic superfoods, Earth Echo does not intentionally add lead to any of its products. The California law sets an extremely stringent warning threshold. As you will learn from the below information lead is naturally occurring in soil around the world. The products you will find with this warning currently are: Cacao Bliss, Collagen Peptides.

What Does the Prop 65 Warning Label Mean?

Earth Echo's mission is to provide high quality products made from certified organic ingredients from reputable suppliers that meet high standards for safe and healthy consumption. Because our products are organic, the California Prop 65 labeling requirement was triggered due to the existence of lead. Lead is a naturally occurring mineral that is present in soil all over the planet in varying amounts and as a result is then absorbed by plants grown in soil where it is found.

Many common foods have trace levels of lead, including grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and prepared foods. Lead occurs in foods because of its presence in the environment. Lead can enter our food supply, because it is absorbed by plants grown as fruits or vegetables or plants used as ingredients in food, including dietary supplements. The levels found in these common foods have been found to exceed the established Prop 65 standards.

Are Earth Echo’s products safe?

As a creator of superfoods we take your health and our food safety, quality and adherence to regulatory standards very seriously. Earth Echo is committed to following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Standards as well as maintaining a documented Vendor Approval Program. We regularly test all of our products to comply with those standards.

Approved raw material suppliers and manufacturers are audited and asked to demonstrate that they test and monitor for certain contaminants in the products they supply to us. As we certify in our Earth Echo Mission, we source only the highest quality organic, nutrient-dense superfoods from around the world.
