Offering one of the most lenient return policies in the health & fitness industry, Mindful Health’s policy varies by product. Here are the general return guidelines for our products (return policies that are specifically stated on product sales pages supersede these general guidelines):

* If your original purchase included a bonus product (e.g., Cacao Bliss), you must return the bonus product in accordance with the above guidelines for that product - otherwise your refund will be reduced by the standard pricing for the bonus product.
NOTE: Mindful Health does not provide refunds under this Return Policy for products returned outside the above stated timeframes.
To Initiate a Return & Refund:
The process of receiving a refund for Physical Product returns is as follows:
- Email us at support@danettemay.com and provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your product order number (located on your order confirmation email from ClickBank)
- The product(s) in your order that you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- You will receive an email from us with instructions on where to ship your product.
- Your product must be undamaged and if you are returning a perishable product, it must be UNOPENED AND SEALED in order to receive your refund.
- You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure that your return won’t be lost in transit.
- Once you have shipped your return, email us at support@danettemay.com and include your shipping method (USPS, FedEx, etc.) and a tracking number if available.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items.
* Please note that products received that are damaged or returns that contain open/unsealed bottles of perishable goods are not capable of being returned under our Return Policy.
This Return Policy applies only to purchases made by customers, and not by resellers. The Return Policy is further limited to purchases made from us.
