Tropical Island Green Smoothie Bowl
This flavorful green smoothie bowl is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients thanks to the fruits, vegetables, and addition of Island Bliss. It’s the perfect start to a vibrant day!
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 stick celery
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Island Bliss
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh or frozen fruit of choice
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Almonds, walnuts, or other nuts and seeds
Combine all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the smoothie between two bowls and top as desired. Serve immediately.
