Gut-Loving Tropical Green Smoothie
This Gut-Loving Tropical Green Smoothie is packed with nourishing ingredients and superfoods to help support optimal digestion!
- 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup papaya, cubed
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Island Bliss
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into a high-speed blender (this helps everything blend up easily). Blend on high until smooth.
