I use cinnamon bark always when I’m cooking brown rice. I put a stick in the water prior to adding the rice.

First that I have heard of Cinnamon Bark but will certainly check it out. I do drop a t. of cinnamon in my coffee when brewing. Raised my 2 boys on Rizagalo a Greek Rice Pudding covered with Cinnamon, just super good. Those 2 obys are not 42 and 45.
