GOLDEN SPICED SWEET CHILI SHRIMP
This Golden Spiced Sweet Chili Shrimp recipe is exactly the flavorful, healthy, easy dish you’re craving after weeks of rich holiday food.
3 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon Golden Superfood Bliss
1 tablespoon liquid aminos
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 stalks green onions, chopped
In a medium bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, Golden Superfood Bliss, liquid aminos, lime juice, and maple syrup. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Set aside.
Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until pink - about 4-6 minutes.
Add the sauce to the skillet and toss to coat shrimp. Let cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and serve shrimp with rice, veggies, and a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds.
