These Lemon Blueberry Collagen Bites have everything you need after a workout, including healthy fats, simple whole carbs, and clean protein. Plus, they’re completely delicious.
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 lemon, zested and juiced
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
Dash of salt
In a medium bowl, add the nut butter, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, dried blueberries, coconut sugar, Collagen Peptides, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to combine. If the mixture is too thick, use your hands to get everything evenly mixed.
