Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
This is a chia pudding, you can get excited about!
This decadent treat is bursting with peanut butter and chocolate flavor, making it a must-have for all you PB lovers out there.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons Cacao Bliss
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Chopped raw nuts
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined, with the exception of the toppings.
Divide mixture into 2 mason jars with lids. Refrigerate overnight or if you just cannot wait, refrigerate for 30 minutes, but stir again after 15 minutes.
Top with toppings, if using.

At night I have either Cacoa mug cake or a cup of hot chocolate. When I workout hard through the day about 1-2 hrs before bedtime I enjoy a cup of hot chocolate it soothes my muscles and I sleep 💤 so good 😊

I’m drinking Ensured as I have Incurable triple Negative Breast Cancer and some days I could not eat and it was touch and go for a while as I was bed ridden for 3 weeks…if I start using Cacao Bliss can this replace my Ensured drink that’s full of sugar ….I want to drink a healthy protein drink that will fill me up instead of drinking the Ensured drink that has too much sugar in it and not good for cancer ……anything else you can recommend …..thank you and have a great day
