The Easiest On the Go Snack: 5 Minute Protein Balls

Here’s a quick and tasty way to get a power-packed snack prepped up for the week.

5 Minute Protein Ball Recipe

Yields 12 balls

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao Bliss
  • 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Monkfruit sugar
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • Nut milk to consistency

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix dry ingredients together, add nut milk until dough consistency forms.

2. Form into balls and refrigerate until ready to snack.
