Superfood Packed Chai Spiced Grain-Free Granola Recipe

Granola is one of those super-versatile, super-simple recipes that often get overlooked. But we’re here to change all that with this Chai Spiced Grain-Free Granola recipe. This homemade granola recipe is a breeze to whip up and easily customized to whatever you have on hand. 

For our base, we used cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. For the flavoring and binding, we mixed maple syrup, coconut oil, and Chai Bliss. This mixture coats the base and activates the chia seeds to give it all just the right amount of sweetness while helping everything to clump together a bit. 

Feel free to use just about any combination of nuts and seeds for the base here. You could even swap in some oatmeal if you aren’t grain-free. Just keep the base to about 2 cups and make sure to include the chia seeds since they help bind everything together.
