Great tips! I’m happy to say I do all 6! I have committed to walking a mile everyday outside & I’m super proud of myself for sticking to this for over a year now! When it’s too cold out, like yesterday, I walk inside a big store like Walmart! But, I still go outside! Yesterday I was out the door at 8:45, which is early for me :) I got my hair done, got a pedicure, did some shopping, banking and treated myself to a healthy iced green tea with lemon at a local coffee shop & I treated the car behind my at the drive_thru! I do that once in a while to pay it forward! I felt very good at the end of the day because I put my self care 1st & I paid it forward! It was a great day!
