Slow-roasted turkeys and honey-glazed hams get all the attention this time of year. But what would any holiday meal be without all the amazingly delicious sides? Whether you’re rocking a solo holiday, virtual get-togethers, or something a bit more traditional, these easy dairy-free creamy mushrooms are exactly the side dish you need to round out your menu.
While you may not be able to taste the Collagen Peptides that are added to this mushroom dish, they still promote gut health by aiding digestion and helping to repair the intestinal and stomach lining, which also helps with immunity. How’s that for a healthy side dish?! *
This recipe can be easily doubled, so scaling it for a larger crowd is a breeze. If you take these mushrooms to a party (and you should!), be prepared for people to ask for the recipe. And don’t count on any leftovers.
