Just made this Iced mocha latte this afternoon. Needed a mid afternoon pick me up! Wow, did it deliver! I blended the ingredients in my Vitamix, poured over ice, and WOW!!! Delicious!😍 I use it in cold water with coconut milk and water but I find the powder attaches to the walls of the tumbler even if I stir it. Definitely need to try blender but it will float on cold water and dissolves better in hot. This is so good! Great way to start the morning in summer! Better than hot coffee. Taste like a milk shake Yum😋! Just tried this drink and it tastes even better than it sounds. It’s really refreshing too!!!! I am going to make this a regular on my drink menu.
