1/2 cup raw creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 scoops Cacao Bliss
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups old-fashioned oats
Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large glass bowl, add peanut butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Add maple syrup, Cacao Bliss, raisins, pecans, and salt to the bowl. Mix until combined and smooth.
Add oats and gently mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
Once the mixture is set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars. Store any leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
