1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3-4 metal skewers/ bamboo skewers
1 medium English cucumber, sliced
½ medium onion, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, Collagen Peptides, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add the cubed chicken pieces and mix to coat chicken with the marinade. Let it rest for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
