Golden Spiced Roasted Fall Vegetables

2 cups butternut squash, diced
2 cups brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
2 - 3 large carrots, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1/2 cup pecans
1 scoop Golden Superfood Bliss
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 425° F and line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure not to overlap the vegetables for better roasting.
Roast for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are browned. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve immediately.
