Each morning I add one scoop of Cacao Bliss to my yogurt and stir thoroughly. I also add raw organic walnuts and organic berries, whatever kind I have. This is so Yum, healthy, and filling! With a hot cup of green tea, it is a great way to start the day! I love Cacao Bliss!

I love the cacao bliss and use it in my coffee every morning and I drink my coffee black. The golden bliss I’m still having a little trouble with. As long as I use it in my smoothie I’m good but it’s too sweet for me to put in anything else. Could use some more suggestions as I do feel better taking it. Thank you and have a great day
