CACAO BLISS GRANOLA
This Cacao Bliss Granola is decadent, wholesome, and perfect for snacking or adding to yogurt or even ice cream. Plus, it's perfect for meal prep!
2 cups raw oats
3 tablespoons Cacao Bliss
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Roasted almonds, pepitas or sunflower seeds (optional)
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, Cacao Bliss, and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
Spread the granola onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Once you take the granola out of the oven, allow it to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
