Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad With Golden Almond Dressing
This colorful broccoli and cauliflower salad is made with nourishing ingredients and a drool-worthy spiced almond butter dressing. It’s the perfect side dish for any occasion!
1 head broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
1 medium carrot, julienned or shredded
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup almond butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 scoop Golden Superfood Bliss
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup water

In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender, add the almond butter, olive oil, lemon juice, Golden Superfood Bliss, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse a few times to combine. Then add the water a bit at a time, blending in between additions, until you reach your desired consistency.
Drizzle about half the dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Add more dressing, as desired.
Serve the salad immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Store leftover salad dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
