In a large bowl, combine goat cheese, onion, garlic, Golden Superfood Bliss, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and combined, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Scrape cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap around the cheese mixture to form a ball. Place in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes to firm up.
Toss chopped pecans and parsley together in a shallow dish.
Once the cheese mixture is firm, unwrap the plastic wrap and carefully roll the cheese ball in the pacan and parsley mixture until evenly coated.
Return to the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve. Serve with your choice of crackers or vegetables.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator, covered for 2-3 days.
