Healthy Golden Coconut Bites
Need a healthy afternoon snack to grab and go in the middle of your super busy day? Look no further than these Healthy Golden Coconut Bites.
1/2 cup unsalted nut butter (we like almond or cashew)
2 tablespoons raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
1 scoop Golden Superfood Bliss
1/3 cup coconut flour
Shredded coconut for garnish
Add nut butter, raw honey, crushed walnuts, and Golden Superfood Bliss to a bowl and mix well.
Slowly mix in coconut flour a little bit at a time to achieve a moldable dough consistency (you may need to add a little flour here, or you may have a bit left over).
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball and place on a plate, garnish with shredded coconut and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
