I am an aerial yoga instructor and an aerial silks instructor and I love to take these types of classes too. I enjoy pole fitness as well as aerial hoop (lyra). My daughter takes aerial silks classes as well and I love that it's something we can do together. 

As for my community, I am an active parent volunteer at my kid's schools. My daughter goes to Seven Generations Charter School in Emmaus, PA and their mission is all about giving back to our environment. They learn all about recycling, reusing, and reducing. I am also a Reiki Master and currently studying Reiki for animals .
