This Chai Spiced Eggnog is so much better than the store-bought variety and easier than you’ve ever imagined! Spiced with nourishing Chai Bliss, it’s the perfect cozy drink to enjoy all season long.
Take eggs and separate the yolks from whites, placing the yolks in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate the whites for use in another recipe. Whisk the yolks until smooth and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, coconut sugar, and egg. Whisk to combine. Heat until simmering, whisking regularly. Be patient as this step could take up to 10-15 minutes. Once it starts simmering, remove from heat.
Whisk in Chai Bliss, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Let cool for 15-30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours to fully chill. Overnight is ideal.
